Purchase Notice
An 8-hour private charter car is limited to 200 kilometers, and a 10-hour car private charter car is limited to 300 kilometers.
(Limited to crossing one district/county/city, e.g., Taipei <> Taoyuan)
For cross-regional/multi-county/city private charter car, please contact customer service for a quote. A daily additional NT$1000 will apply for charter service during consecutive holidays.
Private charter car for 4-6 hours cannot cross two counties or cities (e.g., from Taipei City or New Taipei City to other counties or cities).
Prices during summer/winter holidays/Chinese New Year will be announced separately. Overtime fee for 5-seater vehicles: NT$600 per vehicle per 60 minutes, payable to the driver on-site.
Nine-seater vehicle: NT$800 per vehicle for every 60 minutes, payable to the driver on site.
Overtime fees during the Spring Festival (February 14-22, 2026)
Five-seater vehicle: NT$900 per vehicle for every 60 minutes, payable to the driver on site.
Nine-seater vehicle: NT$1100 per vehicle for every 60 minutes. Please pay the driver on-site.
Waiting time
The driver will wait at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. The maximum free waiting time is 15 minutes. If you have not boarded the vehicle after 30 minutes, no refund will be given and the trip time will be postponed.
Child seat rental fees are regulated by Taiwanese law: Children under 4 years old are required to use a crib or car seat; it is recommended that children over 4 years old and under 120 cm tall use booster seats; please note your child's date of birth, height and weight when booking. One infant seat costs NT$200 per day. A maximum of two child seats can be installed in a nine-seater car, and one child seat can be installed in a five-seater car.

This trip provides driver pick-up and drop-off service, meals, and attraction consultation, but does not provide tour guide service.
The driver can communicate in English and has translation tools available.

Some scenic spots in Taiwan may have occasional sudden temporary traffic control based on the daily crowds and traffic conditions. When encountering traffic control, you may need to transfer to a shuttle bus at your own expense.
The itinerary contents are all feasible arrangements, but the driver will still discuss with the passengers and make adjustments based on the traffic conditions, weather factors and the length of stay at the attractions on the day.
Please note that the maximum number of passengers in a five-seater car is 4, and the maximum number of passengers in a nine-seater car is 8.

- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
