You will be guided through the sake brewing process and learn about Akita Meijo's history and the commitment to sake brewing at the modern Mitake storehouse.
As a special program not included in regular brewery tours, you will be able to try out the "Mixing work of Sake in tank", which is part of the sake brewing process, with your own hands.
After the tour, you can sample sake and purchase the product if you like.
For this occasion, we will be offering a special sake called "Ranman Frozen Flash Frozen Junmai Ginjo Namasake," which is flash-frozen using an flash freezer, allowing you to enjoy the raw flavor that you could only get at the brewery.
The campaign will run until the end of February and is limited to businesses in Yuzawa City.
You can enjoy an experience that normally costs 3,300 yen per person for just 1,650 yen.
