・If an alpaca's health condition suddenly changes, we may have to cancel the interaction. In that case, we will refund the full entrance fee, but we will not be able to cover transportation costs, etc. ・If you are late for your reservation time, you can enter the facility for the remaining time, but we will not be able to refund the fee. ・When there are 5 minutes left in the facility, please wash your hands and prepare to leave.
- Eating is not permitted inside the store.
・Bringing in any food other than that specified is prohibited.
・Please arrive at Alpaca World 5 minutes before your reservation time.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
