  • Please provide accurate and complete information when booking a tour to prevent errors that may impact your travel. Modifications within 14 days of departure incur a 10% penalty retained from the total price
  • Due to the motor-coach insurance policy, all travelers over 2 years of age must purchase a ticket to occupy a seat for travel within Canada
  • Children under 2 years old can join the tour for free if they do not occupy a seat, and proof of age is required
  • The local travel agency is not liable for tour-related accidents. It is strongly recommended that travelers purchase travel insurance before departure
  • The local travel agency serves as an agent and retains the right to substitute hotels, modify the itinerary, cancel any tour, and make necessary changes for operational convenience. The agency also reserves the right to cancel a tour before departure for any reason. By accepting the tour policy, travelers acknowledge that the travel agency assumes no responsibility for itinerary adjustments, delays, cancellations, strikes, illness, theft, loss, accidents, weather, or any other causes
  • The local travel agency is responsible for providing the services and accommodations stated on the voucher, except when such services can't be provided or the itinerary changes due to factors beyond the agency's control. In such cases, the agency will strive to offer similar services, accommodations, and itineraries, with no refunds provided
  • Travelers must adhere to the laws and requirements of visited countries. The travel agency is not liable if a passenger is denied entry to these countries, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the tour in such cases
  • Travelers must adhere to the tour schedule, arriving at the designated pickup point 15 minutes before departure. During the tour, if anyone is late, the maximum waiting time will be 15 minutes, and no refunds or exchanges will be given for no-shows or unused services
  • The local travel agency welcomes requests for individual arrivals or departures from independent travelers but cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to missed tour portions or hotel accommodations caused by delays, including traffic delays
  • The local travel agency can deny transportation to individuals whose disruptive behavior may interrupt the tour. We are not responsible for a passenger's conduct after the tour concludes, and if a traveler is asked to leave the tour, the remaining tour fee will not be refunded
  • The drop-off point and itinerary are subject to weather, traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Please inquire with the tour guide about the itinerary on the day of the tour
  • Please note that children occupying a seat are charged the same price as adults

Reminders

  • A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

  • Please provide a reachable contact number. Your tour guide will contact you via phone or text at least one day before the tour

  • Baggage: Each participant is allowed one piece of check-in baggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg (44 lbs) and dimensions not exceeding 73 cm x 50.8 cm x 25.4 cm, in addition to one piece of carry-on baggage

  • Travelers are responsible for their baggage and belongings throughout the tour, and the security policies of independent contractor carriers, hotels, and suppliers will be respected

  • Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification purposes. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
