Purchase Notice
- For your convenience, we kindly recommend scheduling the flights after 21:00 to avoid potential delays. However, please note that the return time is subject to change depending on traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
- As per local regulations, children aged under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle. Please specify the number of child seats needed during reservation and contact KKday in advance for confirmation. Car seat rental fee is US$10/day and failure to do so may result in admission declined. Guests are responsible for any violations and associated fines. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest
- Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times
- Please note, each room can legally accommodate a maximum of 2 to 4 guests, including adults and children
- Infants below 2 years old will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with an infant below 2 years old, please contact KKday in advance to confirm the available packages
- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
- Please arrive at meeting point ahead of time as the bus leaves on time. No refunds will be issued to late arrivals
- Rescheduling, refunds or compensation will not be granted to guests due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- The local tour operator is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, wars, or other factors, nor for any missed connecting flights, trains, or buses due to such delays
- The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions, etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
- In consideration of guest safety, this tour is not recommended for people who are pregnant for 24 weeks or above, infants aged 0-12 months, and anyone who has a serious medical condition
- Good health conditions are required for the tour. For guests with mobility limitations, please contact KKday for specific policies and provide advance notification to make a reservation. Kindly remind that we do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus or seating availability without prior notification
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- Bilingual tour guides in both Mandarin and English are available for this tour; please be aware that for some experiences or attractions, bilingual guides may not be available. Local official attractions or tour operators may arrange for English-speaking guides or no guided services. Please be aware of this before making a reservation
- According to the regulation by hotels, each group of travelers must present at least one valid credit or debit card that can be used at the destination. The card will be used for deposit authorization and check-in procedures according to the hotel's specific policies. If there are no personal charges, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after check-out. While the local travel agency guarantees the number of rooms, specific room types and locations cannot be guaranteed
Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour. Please carry your ID documents at all times in case of such an event
Kindly remind that the type of vehicle used will be based on the number of guests attending that day, besides, passengers may be transferred to different vehicles during the journey if required by operational conditions
Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms, indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour
Please note that pets are not allowed on the vehicle
If you choose to leave the group, please inform the tour guide in advance and sign a departure agreement. Any unfinished part of the tour will be considered as a voluntary waiver, with no refunds provided
The tour guide will purchase tickets on travelers' behalf. Please note that travelers will not be allowed to use tickets independently purchased before the tour (e.g. City Pass)
Price for optional activities that are at travellers’ own expense is for reference only and is subject to change at any time without prior notification. Please refer to the on-site announcements for details from the your guide. If you do not wish to join any optional activities, you may enjoy free time and meet up with the tour guide at the designated time and point

Each traveler is allowed to carry one piece of large luggage (maximum of 28" and 20 kg) and one carry-on luggage. Please secure your luggage as you are responsible for any loss or damage. Partial refunds are provided for losses or damages due to vehicle breakdowns
On this tour, travelers are not allowed to change their names, increase or decrease the number of people or the number of rooms within 33 days before departure
Please be aware that reaching each attraction requires an average walk of 30 minutes. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for a pleasant walking experience
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 33 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 17 to 32 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 10 to 16 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–9 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
