The jjimjilbang is available 24/7, but the sauna is unavailable from midnight to 6 AM for cleaning. (You can still access the jjimjilbang during this time.)

- Minors can enter only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Re-entry is not allowed once you have entered.
- There is no charge for children under 12 months.
- Bring alcohol or food is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Except for infants, boys over 100cm in height (4 years old and older) are not permitted to enter the women's bath. (The same applies to girls.) / Only children who are 99cm or shorter and 47 months old or younger are allowed to be accompanied by a guardian of a different gender.
- Entry is restricted for individuals who may pose a risk to others, such as those with mental illnesses, infectious skin diseases, or excessive drinker.
- During night time (22:00-05:00), unaccompanied minors will have restricted use.
- An additional fee will be charged if you stay beyond 24 hours.
- Please be cautious of theft due to the lost key. Valuables must be stored at the counter, as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen due to personal negligence. A compensation fee of 30,000 KRW will be required for lost key.
- You must bring your own shampoo and conditioner or purchase disposable products for use in the sauna.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
