• Our company only provides water recreation insurance. Please purchase other types of insurance separately if needed. • The exact meeting time and location will be notified one day before the activity. • In case of inclement weather such as typhoons, we will notify you one day before the activity whether the tour will proceed as scheduled. • Equipment provided: life jackets, non-prescription masks, snorkel. Prescription masks are not provided; those with nearsightedness are advised to wear disposable contact lenses. (Prescription masks can be rented separately.)
• The instructor will assist with taking photos during the activity. They are not professional photographers, and there is no set number of photos. Please inform us in advance if you have any specific actions or scenes you would like to have captured. (A cloud link will be provided for download within 72 hours after the activity.)
• Highlights from the event will be used for advertising on Langyu Island. If you do not wish for your participation to be featured, please inform us via message before your trip (failure to inform us beforehand will be considered as "agreement").
• If you have any questions during the event, please raise them with the staff immediately. No refunds will be given for any disputes after the event ends.
• Boat diving activities require a minimum of 6 participants to form a group. If the number of participants is insufficient, Langyu Island will assist in arranging other dates or activities to combine the group.
• The land-based tour only includes a motorcycle ride and a real-life mystery diving experience in the South China Sea; there are no guided tours or filming opportunities. (Please inform us separately if you require a guided tour.)
• Except for private charter boat, Langyu has the right to dispatch and arrange vessels and instructors.
Drinking water is provided for all boat diving activities, but you need to bring your own drinking water for shore diving activities. Langyu reserves the right to adjust some activities due to weather and safety considerations. The adjusted order of activities is as follows: Fun Fishing in the North Sea → Diving in the South China Sea (Diving to Your Heart's Content) → Half-Day Lavender Farm → Half-Day Magong Secret Realm → Magong Main Island - Snorkeling/Self-Diving Experience. Please change into your swimwear and bring a towel before the activities. Do not apply sunscreen or use ocean-friendly products. Please take good care of your equipment (do not change or take other people's equipment during the activities). If any damage or loss is found, you will need to pay for it at the original price. Due to the small size of the toilet on the boat, it is recommended to change into your swimwear before boarding the boat and bring a towel (the company does not provide towels for hygiene reasons). Please use ocean-friendly sunscreen and let's protect the ocean together.

• The event will start on time. To avoid affecting the rights of other guests, those who arrive late will not be able to participate in the event and will not be refunded.
☞Children under 6 years old (Baby Package): Please read the following carefully. Born after 2020. Their numbers are not included in the minimum group size. The activity only includes boat seating and does not include lunch, land-based equipment (island motorbikes, South China Sea virtual mystery), water recreation insurance, water play equipment, instructor's equipment, or GoPro video recording. Free participants must be accompanied by at least one adult parent on board. The instructors and captain are not professional babysitters and are not responsible for any issues. As water recreation insurance is not provided, participants assume all risks when entering the water during the activity. Lunch is not provided; motorbikes can be purchased from local vendors. To enjoy the full range of services, the original activity price must be paid.
☞ Tourists with the following conditions should consider their own risks and assume full responsibility if they choose to participate: pregnant women, those with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, pneumothorax, cold symptoms, those who have consumed any alcoholic beverages within 12 hours, those taking medications, those with a history of stress reduction, those with serious injuries or illnesses, infants under 6 years old, and seniors over 65 years old.

The event gathering time and location will be notified the day before the event.
A minimum of six people are required for the boat diving activity to proceed. If there are fewer than six people, customer service will assist in forming a group. The activity will be confirmed 3 days in advance. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the trip will be cancelled or adjusted.
In the event of weather factors such as typhoons or heavy waves, a decision will be made one day before the event whether to go on tour.
Tourists with the following diseases or other conditions that should not be over-stimulated are not allowed to participate in this activity: high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, and those with serious injuries.
If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take seasickness medicine 30 to 60 minutes in advance.
If you are unable to check in due to personal reasons, no refund will be given.
Please do not stay up late or drink alcohol the day before the activity. If you feel unwell during the activity, please inform the captain and accompanying coach immediately.
For marine ecological conservation, please use marine-friendly sunscreen or wear physical sun protection such as hats or rash guards.
Please be patient while the event photos are being processed. They will be provided within three days after the event ends.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
