- For safety reasons, please provide your weight info when booking. Please note that providing incorrect personal data may result in admission decline without refunds
- Kindly note that the maximum allowable weight for the helicopter flight is 130 kg (286.6 pounds). Passengers exceeding this limit will not be permitted to board. Additionally, if your weight exceeds 110 kg (242.5 pounds), you will be required to purchase an additional seat upon arrival at the heliport
- The seating arrangement in the helicopter will be determined based on passenger weights and seat distribution to ensure maximum safety
- Children under 2 years old are not eligible for participation
- Please evaluate your health conditions before booking. If you proceed to book knowing that you are not eligible, the supplier reserves the right to decline service without refunds
- Kindly note that the boat trip is typically scheduled for 12:30 PM right after the helicopter flight. However, in certain situations, the departure time may be adjusted to 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM

This tour is subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on inclement weather
Please present a valid ID before boarding at the helicopter. Travelers without an ID will not be able to participate, and refunds will not be granted
There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund
There is a minimum of people required to operate on languages that are not English or Spanish. if this minimum is not reached, the tour will be offered in English
The tour is subject to be affected by weather or force majeure. Please adhere to the arrangements made by the tour staff
Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
