・The factory is closed on weekends and public holidays, however you will be able to enter the actual factory and watch a video of processing taking place, giving you a truly immersive tour.
・If you do not have a frame, we can provide you with a branded frame with dry lenses at an additional cost.
If you are purchasing frames with dry lenses, the following series are eligible for trial.

Reminders
Both metal and plastic frames are accepted, but we may refuse to accept vintage items (which are obviously no longer suitable for practical use). We recommend items within the last 3 years.
We also cannot accept personal belongings from deceased people or premium items.
Lens replacement places a lot of stress on the frame, and may cause the frame to break due to aging (paint/plating peeling, rim breakage, etc.). Please note that we cannot take responsibility in such cases.
Due to the structure of the frame, there are some designs where the lenses cannot be replaced. (Examples: sports sunglasses/rimless frames/high curve frames) We will confirm in advance whether this is possible by sending you photos, etc. (Front, top, close-ups of the frame including the right or left lens)
