Please arrive at the Hualien whale watching pier 30 minutes before departure. Those prone to seasickness should get plenty of sleep the night before (very important!!!), and it is recommended to take seasickness medication one hour before departure to effectively reduce the chance of seasickness. Taiwanese passengers please bring your ID card, and foreign passengers please bring your passport for random checks by the Coast Guard. The whole journey takes about 50-60 minutes
You may miss the fireworks, so you need to leave on time. If you are late, you will not be able to wait.
For those who are afraid of seasickness, it is recommended to take seasickness medicine in advance.
When going to sea at night during winter, take measures to keep warm to avoid catching a cold.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
