Free airport pick-up time on the day of group joining: 6:30-21:59 (the time when guests and tour guides meet up, no waiting after this time).
One room is provided with one free airport pick-up service within the pick-up time range. If it cannot be arranged due to weather, flight delays, etc., please pay for the transportation expenses by yourself.
The paid airport pick-up time period on the day of group joining is: 22:00-24:00, and the pick-up fee is $30/order.
There is no airport pick-up service between 24:00-06:30.

  • Service Fee: Airport pick-up or drop-off: $5/person/time; City sightseeing, Island Highlights Tour: $5/person; Polynesian Cultural Village, North Shore Grand Island Tour: $12/person; Volcano Island/Maui Island/Kauai Day Tour: $12/person + airport pick-up and drop-off $5/person/time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 18 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 11 to 17 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
