- All tour buses selected by our company are legal and qualified tour buses registered with the Directorate General of Highways, Ministry of Transportation and Communications. However, we cannot guarantee that they are Kuo-Kuang Bus Company tour buses. Tour bus usage is primarily determined by our company's vehicle allocation. Due to factors such as vehicle scheduling, other tour buses may be dispatched without further notice.
- All tickets for this trip are group tickets; if you are using other ticket types, no refunds will be given.
- The itinerary's stop times and travel times for each attraction are for reference only and may be adjusted or changed in order due to actual road conditions or crowds without prior notice.

- All infants and children must reserve a spot on the tour. Children aged 2 and above are charged the same price as adults (a driver/guide tip of NT$150 is required on-site). Infants under 2 years old will be charged for insurance and transportation (no driver/guide tip of NT$150 is required).
- All passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. Children aged 0-4 years must bring their own child safety seats that can be used on the tour bus to ensure their safety. Please bring your personal health insurance card, personal medications, mobile phone, camera, personal spending money, sunscreen, rain gear or a lightweight raincoat, and other necessary travel items. Passengers who need to take motion sickness medication should take it 60 minutes before departure. No medications are provided on this tour. This registration form will only be valid after confirmation by our customer service staff and will be considered as both parties signing the Tourism Bureau's standard domestic tourism contract. Please refer to the contents of the contract yourself. In case of typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain... In the event of unforeseen natural factors, the company reserves the right to postpone departure or provide a full refund. Please be punctual for the designated assembly time. No refunds will be given if a traveler leaves the group or fails to assemble due to personal reasons. Cherry blossoms are a natural phenomenon, and it is impossible to predict their condition with 100% accuracy. Please assess the blossom condition yourself before registering. We regret that we will not accept refund requests due to poor blossom conditions before or after the tour.
Please pay attention to insect and mosquito protection, remember to bring rain gear and replenish water at all times, and please carry personal medicine with you.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
