Important Notes for Skiing Trips
[Reservation~Arrival at the Ski Resort]
・The bus meeting and departure point is "Tokyo Marunouchi Kajibashi Parking Lot". Please refer to the itinerary for the location.

★After gathering and checking in, the staff will give you the bus ticket and cable car exchange voucher related to your itinerary. Please confirm the contents before departure and keep them in a safe place. If you have any questions, please contact the company.
★Depending on the number of registrants, we may use buses from other skiing agencies. If this happens, the departure and return stops and times may be adjusted. We will notify you by email one week to the day before departure. Please be advised.
・When meeting in Tokyo, the bus will depart on time. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance and do not be late.
・For all ski bus tours organized by our company (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are separate. Please take all belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave them on the bus.
・Please check your valuables before getting off the bus after arriving at Hakuba Goryu/Hakuba 47 Ski Resort.
・If you need to rent ski equipment, you can rent it at the rental shop inside the ski resort. (Reservations are not available.)
・Please note that once rented, ski equipment cannot be exchanged and must be rented again upon return.
・Afterwards, you can enjoy skiing at Hakuba Goryu/Hakuba 47 Ski Resort. At the lift ticket exchange counter at the ski resort, exchange the voucher for a lift ticket for the ski resort.
Return to Tokyo
・Please confirm the return bus time, return your rental equipment in advance, pack your luggage, and wait for the bus at the designated location.
・Please note that the bus arrival time may be delayed due to local road conditions and weather conditions.
・Please pay attention to the instructions of local staff and do not get on the wrong bus or be late.

There is no tour guide on this tour. Please note that no Chinese or English version of the instructions or itinerary will be provided on the day of the tour.

Please be advised that the itinerary or arrival time at the ski resort may be delayed due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc.
During group tours, you cannot leave the group early or mid-trip. Leaving the group mid-trip will be deemed as forfeiting the unfinished itinerary and no additional refund will be given. Please understand that you are solely responsible for any accidents that occur after leaving the group.
Please arrive at the meeting point in advance. The bus will depart on time. Latecomers will not be accepted and will not be able to join the tour midway.
Please note that ski clothing and ski sets are recurring rental items and cannot be selected. They may not be the latest items.
If the tour needs to be cancelled due to insufficient snow in the area, we will notify you 2 days before departure in principle. Please be advised of this.
In principle, the tour will continue as long as there is at least one ski slope in operation. However, please be aware that the tour may be suspended due to slope conditions.
Some ski resorts charge a deposit of 500-1,000 yen when using a lift ticket. This deposit will be refunded after use. Please be aware of this.
Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some slopes may be unavailable and no refunds will be given. Please be advised.
If there is a heavy snowstorm on the return day that causes road closures, the company will assist you in arranging accommodation or a shuttle bus to the nearest train station. However, all expenses incurred are at your own expense. Please note.
