From the confirmed departure date, your passport must be valid for more than six months. Please go to the designated local location in Japan on time to meet up. If you are late, the time will still be calculated from the meeting time. For the shared ride plan, the waiting time on site will be up to 20 minutes. Those who are unable to reach the designated location will be deemed as No Show

If the restaurant is temporarily closed, it will be replaced by a restaurant and catering of the same grade. In the event of natural disasters or unpredictable human-made reasons If the attraction cannot be visited, it will be replaced by a nearby attraction. If there is a complimentary meal, based on goodwill, we will negotiate a refund or replace it with an equivalent product.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 29 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 10 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 6 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
