- The attractions are self-guided tours for tourists, and visitors can arrange their own visiting time.
- Chaiwattanaram Temple has a dress code. Please avoid wearing sleeveless, see-through or shorts.
- Passengers can choose to get off at Jodd Fair Night Market or be dropped off at the hotel.
- Vehicle overtime (including traffic congestion) will be charged at THB 300 per hour (any overtime exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 full hour). If overtime occurs, please pay the additional fee in cash directly to the driver at the end of the day.

Due to weather conditions, traffic jams, holidays, road closures, accidents and other irresistible factors, the driver's actual arrival time may be slightly different from the reservation time. If there is a delay, customer service will notify you in advance.
Please arrive at the hotel lobby on time according to the departure time. The driver will wait on site for at most 15 minutes. No refund will be given for latecomers.
Please check carefully for any belongings or valuables before exiting or entering the car to avoid unnecessary losses.
According to the Thai Traffic Law, all passengers on seats must wear seat belts. If caught by the police without wearing a seat belt, a fine of 5,000 baht per person will be imposed (on guest own expense.)))
Add-on items such as taking photos with giraffes and tiger walks at the zoo cannot be changed or canceled after the booking is confirmed. Our customer service hours are 08:00-21:00. If you have any questions, please contact us during the period.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
