- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to guests due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- Tables may be shared with other parties. Parties of 4 will always be seated at the same table
- There is no age limit on the tour, please be aware that alcoholic drinks can only be served to those who are 21 years old and older in US
- Children are welcome on board; however, a dedicated children's menu is not available. Many menu items can be adapted to suit a child's tastes
- Babies under 12 months are free, no ticket or prior notification of attendance required, however, please note that no food will be provided
- Please be aware that strollers and carriers are prohibited; however, booster seats are provided for your convenience
- Please ensure that your child can comfortably remain seated for the 2 to 3-hour duration of the train journey
- Due to the train's movement and the possibility of sudden stops, children must be accompanied by an adult and cannot move about the cars unattended
- Due to space limitations and ongoing food service, diaper changing is not permitted on board the train. For your convenience, a diaper changing station is available in the restrooms at McKinstry Street Station
- For guests with mobility limitations, please note: As personal wheelchairs may not fit and onboard restrooms are not wheelchair accessible; we recommend using our transfer chair and advise assistance from your party when moving about the train
- Service animals are permitted, certification must be brought along
- The train’s motion, narrow walkways, and frequent foot traffic may cause discomfort for some animals, and service animals must not block walkways, owners are fully responsible for their care, including providing food, water, and sanitary needs. Please note
