■In order to take out insurance, we will need the English names, passport numbers, and dates of birth of all participants, so please declare this information for all participants when making your reservation.
*If you do not fill in this information when making a reservation, please be sure to contact us by 12:00 noon on the day before the tour.
★Travel industry liability accident insurance of up to NTD 2.5 million, including accident and medical insurance of up to NTD 200,000. ■Children under 4 years old require a child seat.
It's TWD250 each, please let us know via chat if you need one.
■What is included: Japanese guide, car, various admission tickets ■What to bring: Comfortable clothes, shoes, umbrella, raincoat *Jiufen is in the mountains, so the weather is changeable. Please be sure to bring rain gear such as an umbrella and raincoat.
Reminders
■The tour may be canceled or the course content or time may have to be changed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other reasons beyond the control of our company or the local arrangement company (such as weather, large-scale traffic restrictions due to events, etc.).
Generally, tours will be held even in rainy weather, but in the event of a large-scale natural disaster such as a typhoon or earthquake, the tour may be canceled or the course content or time may be changed.
If the tour is cancelled, we will contact your hotel by 11:00 on the day of the tour to inform you (if you are not at the hotel, we will fax the information to the hotel and have the hotel staff explain the situation to you).
*A full refund will be given only if we decide to cancel the tour due to weather conditions on the day.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
