・Photos or digital data will not be accepted. Please bring your original passport and IDP with you on the day.
・Customers are required to provide a valid IDP. If your IDP is not valid in Japan, you will not be able to participate. No refunds will be given. IDPs issued in countries not listed above cannot be used in Japan, even if they are in Geneva 1949 format or state that they are valid in Japan. You must carry your IDP and passport while driving. If you only have one of these two documents, you will not be able to participate. *Drivers' licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, and Monaco are not international driving licenses, and you will need to obtain a Japanese translation of your license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF).
*You will need a Japanese translation, your driver's license from your home country, and your passport on the day. Please be sure to bring these with you. If even one of these items is missing, you will not be able to participate and there will be no refunds.
*Driver's licenses issued in countries not included in the Geneva Convention (such as Mexico, Kuwait, China, Colombia, and Saudi Arabia) cannot be used in Japan.

In accordance with Japanese law, the driver's license must be issued in a country or region that is a signatory to the Geneva Convention and must be in the format specified by the Convention (*). Therefore, customers who do not have such a license cannot use this product.

- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
