- E-Ticket will be emailed to guest.
- Guest should be at the pier 45 minutes in advance to CHECK-IN at the Supercat Ferry Counter.
- Rate Policy:
- Child Rate (3-11 years old) is applicable for ALL NATIONAL guest.
- Student / PWD /Senior Rates are only applicable for LOCAL guest (a submission of corresponding local ID NUMBER is mandatory before ticket issue)
- Infant Rate (0-2 years old) need to pay PHP50 on site at the Supercat Ferry counter, and DOES NOT include a seat. - For Infant / Child / Student / Senior / PWD Ticket Rates: a MUST to submit a soft copy of the passenger's identification.
**Any failure to submit the required identification will result in the application of the regular rate. - Excludes Terminal Fee: Guest to be pay on-site at the Supercat Counter.

Pregnant women who are eight months along may be permitted to board the ferry upon presentation of a valid doctor’s certificate confirming their fitness to travel. Additionally, they will be required to sign a waiver. However, during periods of rough seas, boarding will not be allowed for pregnant women.
Infant between age 0-2 years old need to pay PHP50 on site at the Supercat Ferry counter, and DOES NOT include a seat.

Voucher Redemption Period
- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 0 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
