Our specialty black tea uses tea leaves from the famous German brand "Ronnefeldt", which is celebrating its 200th anniversary. A cup of tea carefully brewed with high-quality tea leaves will further enhance the flavor of your sweets.
The interior of the restaurant has been designed with great attention to detail, and works by world-renowned creators, including architecture by world-renowned architect Sou Fujimoto and light art by Leandro Erlich, create a luxurious space. You can enjoy your meal surrounded by masterpieces of furniture and interior design. There are tables and sofa seats available. The afternoon tea provided by Shiroiya The Patisserie, a fresh fruit tart specialty store overseen by Miya Enmeiji, owner and pastry chef of the popular dessert salon EMME in Aoyama, Tokyo, will feature 10 kinds of sweets carefully handmade by the pastry chefs and two savory dishes created by Chef Hiro Katayama of Shiroiya The Restaurant, along with all-you-can-drink drinks including Ronnefeldt tea and warm pumpkin soup.
