Terms and Conditions for Harry Potter: Visions of Magic

• Ticket

1.1 Access is valid based on your ticket type:

1.1.1 Off Peak- Off Peak ticket holder are permitted to gain admission only during designated Off Peak

days. Please refer to our official schedule for specification as defined by NEON Group of companies

(the "Experience Promoter").

1.1.2 Peak – Peak ticket holder grants flexibility to gain admission during designated Peak and Off Peak

days. Please refer to our official schedule for specification as defined by NEON Group of companies

(the "Experience Promoter").

1.1.3 Super Peak- Super Peak ticket holder grants flexibility to gain admission all days.

1.2 You are required to book a timeslot in advance so that you can enter the Experience venue at your

preferred timing. Otherwise, you might be asked to return for a later timing if the Experience is operating at

maximum capacity.

1.3 Ticket is valid for (Age is calculated according to date of birth)

1.3. 1 Adult aged 13 and above.

1.3.2 Child aged 4-12.

1.3.2.1 Children must always be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult/ guardian

acknowledges and agrees to these ticket and admission terms and conditions.

1.4 Harry Potter: Visions of Magic Experience operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

Guests may visit here for updates prior to visit.

1.5 Ticket allows for ONE single entry where the Experience is a one-way journey, and guests will not be

allowed to re-enter the Experience.

1.5 Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be replaced or refunded.

• SGD10 Credit Voucher

1.6 Credit voucher is valid for (1) one-time use only and can be redeemed for a single transaction. Stacking of

credit vouchers is not permitted. Any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited.

1.7 Ticket allows for redemption of ONE cup of Butterbeer (while stocks last), or SGD10 off retail, photo

concession or F&B purchase.

1.8 Redemption needs to be made on the same day of visit, within the regular opening hours.

1.9 Once redeemed, the item is strictly not for sale, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

1.10 The purchased item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.

1.11 Voucher shall be void if it is tampered in any way. Lost or damaged voucher(s) will not be replaced or

refunded.

• General

1.11 Ticket is not to be used for giveaway or promotional purposes, unless approved in writing by the

Experience Promoter.

1.12 Please be careful of your safety and belongings at all times. To the extent permitted by law, the

Experience Promoter, its partners, vendors, officers and employees, shall not be liable for any damage, injury,

illness, loss, cost and/or expense that you may suffer or incur as a result of your attendance at the Experience

and/or utilization of the ticket or voucher.

1.13 The Experience venue and premises are under CCTV surveillance for safety and security.

1.14 You consent to the filming or recording and use of your image, photograph, video and/or other recording

by the Experience Promoter or its appointed vendor for marketing and promotional purposes.

1.15 The Experience Promoter reserves the right to remove guests with unruly or disruptive behavior, from the

Experience venue.

1.16 Any personal data collected by the Experience Promoter, its partners or vendors at the Experience shall be in accordance with the Experience Promoter's Privacy Policy. Please refer to this link.

1.17 Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted.

1.18 The Experience Promoter reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time

without prior notice.
