• Once a plan is purchased, it cannot be changed to another plan or refunded without cause.
• After purchase, customers can directly WhatsApp the merchant to schedule delivery, Tel: 9586 1834
  
• Each order is limited to one delivery and one delivery address. If separate deliveries are required, please purchase separately.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided at the time of order is correct. Please check your order and delivery details carefully. KKday and the merchant will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to provide accurate information.
  
• Customers must check the survival status of the products upon receipt and keep the order record properly;
• If any crab is suspected to be dead, please do not cook or consume it. Please use a mobile phone or camera to record a video immediately, following these instructions:

- Try gently pressing above the crab's eyes to see if there is any movement;

- Try gently pulling the crab's claws to see if there is any recoil or movement;

- If both of the above are 'No', please untie the crab string completely and shake the crab to see if there is any movement;

• If all 3 items above are 'No', please contact + 852 9586 1834 via WhatsApp within 24 hours with the recorded video and your online order number. The supplier will arrange a refund; no exchanges will be provided. Once a dead crab is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

• If any of the 3 items above is 'Yes', it means the crab is not dead and can be consumed as usual; we will not accept any refund requests.

• Note: As storage methods significantly affect the survival and quality of the crabs, all hairy crabs should be inspected immediately upon receipt and thoroughly cooked and consumed on the same day. If any issues, including quality or crab death, are not reported within 24 hours of receipt, no refunds for the products will be accepted.
