Please read the precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. Once the ticket is purchased successfully, it is deemed that you agree to all the following event precautions:
- According to the "Refund and Exchange Mechanism" stipulated by the Ministry of Culture in the sixth item of "Items that should be recorded and not recorded in the formal contract for art and cultural performance tickets", there are four options for refund and exchange regulations. The second refund option for this event is stipulated As follows:
Refunds can only be made within three days of purchase with the purchase details as proof. Relevant service fees, transfers, and ticket collection fees that are not part of the fare are not within the scope of refund. Tickets can be refunded within three days after purchase (excluding the day of purchase). Refund applications will not be accepted from the fourth day onwards. If the third day after ticket purchase (excluding the day of purchase) falls on a holiday, the deadline for collection will be postponed to the next working day, and ticket exchange will be treated as a refund. For example: For tickets purchased on 2024/10/10, the deadline for refunds is 2024/10/13. Refunds starting from 2024/10/14 (inclusive) will no longer be accepted. Subsequent refunds, and so on. If you need a refund, please contact customer service staff.
Customers who purchase tickets after the purchase date is 2024/11/11 (inclusive) cannot refund the tickets after purchase, and the above refund rules do not apply. - According to point 3 of the "Things that should be recorded and not recorded in the formal contract for art and cultural performance tickets" stipulated by the Ministry of Culture, if there is a natural disaster caused by force majeure before the event, the main performers of the art and cultural performance or the main program content, before the scheduled performance, When changes occur, the refund mechanism provided by this event is:
1. Those who choose non-refundable tickets: You can enter with your original tickets. Please be sure to keep your tickets as proof.
2. Those who choose to refund: Within 10 days of the announcement, refund matters and refund procedures will be handled in accordance with the law.
