  1. When registering, guests must provide their Chinese and English names, date of birth, and contact number as shown on their Hong Kong identity document or valid travel document.
  2. The fee includes: HKD 100,000 in group personal accident insurance. (Guests are advised to purchase additional personal travel insurance if needed.)

  4. Once a guest has registered, cancellations, changes, and refunds are not possible.
  5. If the Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black or Red Rainstorm Signal, or a Heavy Rain Signal two hours before the meeting time, our company may reschedule the departure. The tour fee paid will only be retained for the same tour number and must be for the same group of participants.

  3. Guests must follow the tour leader into the light rail depot.
  4. Guests must remain within the designated area and are not allowed to leave the group without permission (including entering the tracks and maintenance workshops, etc.), and will be under the constant supervision of security personnel.
