Each voucher can be redeemed for one buffet dinner spot on the dining date. Each guest (except those under three years old) must redeem a voucher at the restaurant.

Dinner buffets purchased in the same transaction must be redeemed and used together on the same dining date.

The redemption voucher is only valid for use on the dining date shown on the redemption voucher. Vouchers not used on the dining date will be void and will not be exchanged, refunded or compensated.

The Company may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Redemption Voucher and may withhold or revoke any benefit in a Redemption Voucher. This includes (i) redemption of Tickets for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) breach or failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (iii) if the Company considers the circumstances so require.

The Company reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions; (ii) change the price, validity period or venue of any product, activity, offer, discount or promotion; (iii) specify or change any blackout dates; and (iv) terminate or suspend all or part of any product, activity, offer, discount or promotion at any time and from time to time in any circumstances without prior notice.

If the number of people increases, they will be required to dine at the on-site price.

When making a reservation, you are required to enter the guest's name.

The Company reserves the right to assign or change tables and seating arrangements.

The provision of food and beverages is subject to the availability of such food and beverages in the restaurant.

For every additional consumption in the restaurant, a 10% service charge will be charged according to the price list.

The Company reserves the right to determine, change or modify, in its sole discretion, in each case: (a) prices of food and beverage items; (b) menus; (c) the restaurant’s operating methods, including, but not limited to, hours of operation; (d) total occupancy; (e) the number of persons admitted to a restaurant or any portion thereof; and (f) the Character encounters and their encounter locations. The terms and conditions on the voucher shall prevail.

The issue and use of this Offer and its related parts, and entry to other parts of the Hotel, The Park and/or Resort are subject to (i) the “Offer Summary” and “Notes” as stated on all relevant pages of the Website, (ii) these Terms and Conditions, the Hotel Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions available at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/en-hk/ticket-general-terms-conditions/, (iii) the rules applicable to the relevant venue or facility as stated on the Website (including but not limited to the rules of the The Park and/or Hotel), and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes which HKITP may determine at its sole discretion without prior or further notice. HKITP may, from time to time and without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) establish or amend the rules governing the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirements and mode of operation (including but not limited to hours of operation) of the Resort or any hotel, venue, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or activity facility, (c) close or adjust the operation of the Resort or any part thereof for any period of time, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any venue, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or activity facility, (e) restrict the number, class or qualifications of persons admitted to the Resort or any part thereof, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, activity facility or entertainment or marketing program, offer or activity, and/or (g) set limits on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in any case for reasons of capacity, inclement weather, special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or to comply with legal requirements, or if HKITP determines that the circumstances so require.
