From the confirmed departure date, your passport must be valid for more than six months. Please go to the designated local location in Japan on time to meet up. If you are late, the time will still be calculated from the meeting time. For the shared ride plan, the waiting time on site will be up to 20 minutes. Those who are unable to reach the designated location will be deemed as No Show

Due to climate change or heavy snow, we may not be able to enjoy the scenery on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. We ask for your understanding. If the restaurant is temporarily closed, it will be replaced by a restaurant and catering of the same grade. In the event of natural disasters or unpredictable human-made reasons If the attraction cannot be visited, it will be replaced by a nearby attraction. The type of vehicle used for carpooling depends on the number of passengers and may be a van, minibus, or bus; it cannot be specified.
Regarding vehicle space: Space varies from vehicle to vehicle; please note the following:
Carpooling -- Each person may bring a maximum of one 16-inch soft backpack + one 22-inch carry-on bag (!! If you have more than that, please leave a message in the comments section beforehand!!)
9. This carpooling plan requires a minimum of 6 people to proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not reached for your booked date, you will be notified no later than seven days before the start of the trip whether the tour can proceed.
If you wish to cancel due to insufficient participants or if your booking is cancelled, all fees already paid will be fully refunded without any additional charges. (The refund processing date may vary depending on the bank; please check with your credit card company for the refund status.)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 29 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 10 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 6 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
