9. This carpooling plan requires a minimum of 6 people to proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not reached for your booked date, you will be notified no later than seven days before the start of the trip whether the tour can proceed.
If you wish to cancel due to insufficient participants or if your booking is cancelled, all fees already paid will be fully refunded without any additional charges. (The refund processing date may vary depending on the bank; please check with your credit card company for the refund status.)
