Purchase Notice
- Please provide each passenger’s Chinese name and return certificate information in the remarks when booking.
- Please gather on time. We will not wait for latecomers.
- If there is no Hong Kong tour guide accompanying the group, the group will be notified of the meeting time, location, local tour guide or relevant personnel’s contact information by mobile phone text message or in person before 5:00 pm on the working day before departure.
- Guests who participate in our company's tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.
- The order of itinerary, meals and accommodation is subject to local reception arrangements. Subject to change without prior notice.
- For details of fees, please refer to the itinerary leaflet or inquire with staff. If there is any adjustment, it will be subject to the time of registration.
- Some facilities and activities in scenic spots and hotels may be closed due to weather and other factors without prior notice.

Reminders
The tour guide will make fine adjustments based on the actual conditions of the day.
If the guest leaves the group midway and does not complete the entire trip according to the itinerary, the luggage will not be given as a gift.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
