＊Please note that additional fees will be incurred on site in the following situations and must be paid to the driver on site:
・The private charter car time must not exceed 11 hours.
・If the time is overdue for more than 30 minutes, NT$ 1,000 will be charged as one hour.
・Because the child seat will occupy 1 seat, if you need to use more than 2 seats, please make a note when placing the order and pay NT$200 to the driver on site.
・Please note that if the time is exceeded due to traffic control or natural factors, the overtime fee will be charged.

We do not specify the color or model of the car. The actual car will be dispatched on the day of the plan.
Our staff will contact you at least three days before departure. Please make sure that your network is working properly and pay attention to the messages on your mobile phone communication software.
If the number of people on the day of departure is different from the number of people originally booked, the driver has the right to refuse to take you and no refund will be given. Please get on the bus at the designated location on time.
If there is traffic congestion or restriction at any attraction due to events or holidays, please discuss the itinerary changes with the driver on site. You will also need to pay the overtime fees incurred due to traffic and no refund will be given.

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
