Minimum age: 6 years old. Drive to Iceland's Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon parking lot to meet up for the tour. The blue ice cave in the picture is for reference. Since the blue ice cave melts every summer and new blue ice caves are formed in winter, the actual condition of the blue ice cave depends on the size, location and brightness of the newly formed blue ice cave that year.

If you choose to meet by car, please arrive at the designated meeting place 20 minutes in advance. If you choose the Reykjavik city pick-up service, please wait on time according to the pick-up time in the order.
If your tour is unable to operate due to extreme weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. If a volcanic eruption prevents you from arriving in Iceland, you can cancel your trip and receive a full refund;
There is no charge for rescheduling. If there is no stock for the rescheduling, we will try our best to coordinate for you. If we cannot coordinate, we will issue you a full refund;
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If it is a weekend, please contact us one working day in advance. For example: if your tour group is on Sunday, please contact us before 6 pm on Thursday.
Guide to Iceland cannot be held liable for any losses, accidents, injuries, sickness, financial, entertainment or mental damage during your tour. If your tour is delayed due to force majeure such as weather, natural disasters, strikes or any other force majeure, and if it is not changed in advance as per the terms of the service, you will be liable for any losses incurred. Tour operators reserve the right to change routes, schedules and itineraries due to extreme weather, road conditions or other necessity. We recommend that all tourists purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to reduce the risk of losses due to unforeseen external forces during your trip.
Due to the changeable weather in Iceland, activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions. Please pay attention to your email before departure. If you cancel, please contact us in time and we will try our best to help you arrange the change. If the change is not possible, we will refund the money.
During the tour, if the operator fails to pick up the group on time, you will need to call the contact number yourself or ask the hotel front desk to help you call the contact number. Please pay attention to the itinerary;
During your trip to Iceland, if you encounter an emergency or complaint, please contact our agency in a timely manner. The local Chinese customer service phone number will be disclosed in the itinerary. The content of any complaint will be based on the content of the first contact with us.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
