- Children aged 6 - 14 must be accompanied by an adult
- Children aged under 18 are required to be accompanied by their parent; in the event of group tours led by a teacher, parental written consent shall be provided
- If you wish to carry your pet, a surcharge of NT$600/pet will apply, 1 kayak can accommodate only 1 pet, please prepare a life jacket for your pet on your own, failure to do so will result in participation decline
- Please do not book this activity if you have any of the following conditions: heart diseases, hypertension, pregnancy, or any other physical discomforts
- For solo travelers, please provide the name and phone number of an emergency contact when booking
- Travelers may reschedule their trip once 4 - 6 days prior to departure, no changes or cancellation can be made afterward
- The actual itinerary is dependent on weather conditions and the number of participants, no refunds will be granted if the local agency decides to alter the schedule due to weather/sea conditions
- No refunds will be granted if the trip is cut short due to sudden weather changes, safety concerns, or personal reasons
- In the event of on-site cancellation due to unideal weather/sea conditions, each participant will receive a refund (NT$100 of handling fee and insurance fee will be deducted from the refund)
- The photos and videos taken in the tour may be used for commercial and advertising purposes by the local agency, if you do not agree with such uses, please notify the local agency via text messages or emails
- Due to the adverse weather conditions in late September, the tour departure cancellation rate may be higher than usual. To ensure the availability of the water activity experience during weather changes, travelers are recommended to book tours with the location of experience in areas of calm water (e.g. Pinglin Stand-Up Paddling, Fulong Stand-Up Paddling). Though these alternative experiences may be slightly different from stand-up paddling at sea, they still bring a huge amount of fun and entertainment!

A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
It is recommended to wear long-sleeve moisture wicking shirts/rash guards and hiking pants/surf pants/ankle-tied sports pants. Please refrain from wearing jeans
Detailed information regarding the trip (e.g. instructor's contact info, meeting info) will be sent via email 2 - 3 days prior to departure
If the trip is canceled before departure due to adverse weather conditions, travelers may choose to reschedule or request a refund
No refunds will be granted if travelers arrive after the pre-departure briefing ends or fail to show up due to personal reasons
Participants may download activity photos and videos from the Facebook page "台灣走透" (Taiwan Discovery)
Please rest assured that the breathing tubes are professionally sanitized
Please put on your swimsuits before heading to the meeting point
We encourage travelers to prepare sun hats, sunglasses, and windproof/waterproof jackets and gloves
Please bring your own drinking water, sports drink, and food
Please bring a waterproof case for your mobile phone and keep in mind that the waterproof case does not make your phone float if it falls into the water. Please make sure the waterproof case is attached to your life jacket via a lanyard or buckle

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
