Pre-trip notice (including coach contact information, meeting time and location) will be sent out 2-3 days before departure.
If the itinerary is unable to sail due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, etc., the organizer reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation.
The date can be changed 4 to 6 days before the departure date (excluding departure date), only once. Date changes are not accepted between 3 days before the departure date and the same day. No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events.
If the activity has started and pre-departure instruction has been completed, the team has set off, or the gathering is overdue and the group is unable to participate or is absent, no refunds will be given in the above circumstances.
No refunds will be given if the voyage is not completed due to sudden changes in weather, safety considerations or personal factors during the activity.
This activity will adjust the sailing distance and experience content in a timely manner based on the conditions of each participant and weather factors. The itinerary may be partially adjusted due to weather, wind and waves and cannot be used as a request for refund.
If you arrive at the event site on the day of the event and the leading instructor determines that the sea conditions are not good or it is not suitable to sail, the event will be cancelled. Part of the fee will be deducted and NT$100 per person will be refunded.
Please change into your swimming clothes before gathering and reporting on the day. It is recommended to wear long-sleeved wicking shirts/sun protection clothing/anti-abrasion clothing for tops, and hiking pants/surf pants/sports pants made of dry materials for pants. Do not wear water-absorbent materials such as jeans.
Please be sure to wear water shoes/rubber shoes/amphibious shoes that cover your heels and toes (please do not wear flip-flops).
You can decide according to your personal situation and prepare sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, windproof jacket, and water-repellent jacket.
Please prepare your own personal drinking water or sports drink to replenish water at any time (you can also bring small snacks).
Please bring your own plastic bags to store wet clothes, and bring a towel and a set of clothes to change after the activity.
If you take your mobile phone on a voyage, be sure to prepare a waterproof bag for your mobile phone (the presence of a waterproof bag does not mean that it will not get wet, and the mobile phone bag may not float after falling into the water) and be sure to use a lanyard or buckle to connect it to the life jacket.
