Validity for round-trip ticket: First trip is valid within 90 days after you receive the voucher; the return trip is valid within 30 days after the initial date of use
There are no ticket gates are present at Airport Station. A ticket is not necessary for entry. Scan your QR Code at your exit destination
If the voucher cannot be used, please do not use the same voucher to scan the turnstile multiple times, as this may cause the voucher to fail to work properly. Please seek assistance from station staff immediately.
If you require assistance in using your voucher (for example, if the gate does not respond when you use your voucher), you must contact station staff immediately. If you do not get immediate assistance from the station staff, please leave a proof of unsuccessful use and contact our customer service. We will not accept cancellation of the order without assistance.
Child tickets are only available for children ages 3–11; proof of age is required when boarding
For a seamless start to your journey, from 5 July 2023, Airport Express passengers can use the In-town Check-in service offered by Cathay Pacific Airways from 6:00am to 3:00pm at Hong Kong Station.
Each QR Code corresponds to 1 passenger; you will receive 1 QR Code for 1 traveler, 2 QR Codes for 2, etc.
For round-trip tickets, the same QR Code will be used for the return trip
There are hotels providing shuttle bus service to and from Airport Express Hong Kong or Kowloon Station, relevant passengers may use the hotel shuttle waiting area to take the shuttle bus. More details: https://www.mtr.com.hk/en/customer/services/hotel-shuttle-service.html. On the other hand, the Airport Express Shuttle Bus service that was previously provided exclusively for Airport Express passengers travelling to or from Hong Kong or Kowloon stations has been terminated since April 2020.
If the one-way/round-trip ticket cannot be used due to personal reasons, the ticket will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
