Bringing food and drinks into the venue is prohibited. (Water is allowed.)

The return time will be determined based on traffic conditions after the end of the concert on the day.

If a minor makes a reservation, it is considered that the reservation was made with parental permission.

Please be sure to bring your passport or alien registration certificate (original) with you on the day of the event.

Seats will be determined on the day. Please note that you cannot specify zones or seat numbers in advance.

Please note that cancellations after reservation confirmation will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds will be given.

Performance times and performing artists may change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizer or performer.

Product inclusions may vary depending on the package option, so please be sure to check the inclusions before purchasing.
