In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, weather conditions, etc., the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. There will be no prior notice and no compensation will be provided

- The return time is subject to change depending on traffic conditions. Please refrain from arranging activities and flights other than this tour on the day of to avoid delays
- The stay time of each spot may be changed, increased, or decreased due to actual conditions. Activities will be carried out according to weather conditions
- Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)

- Please notify us in advance if there are any physically challenged individuals in your party, so we can best accommodate their needs

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Please be sure to abide by the gathering time provided by the tour guide. No refunds will be granted for late arrivals

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations 32 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations 0 to 31 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
