Since its establishment, Rokkasen has operated under the philosophy of 'providing the most perfect dishes to our guests.' Our signature Matsusaka beef is sourced in partnership with Asahiya, a specialist shop with over 60 years of history. Even our seemingly simple soy sauce and salt are carefully selected: we use soy sauce from a 164-year-old producer in Niigata Prefecture and natural, healthy salt refined from seawater in the Seto Inland Sea, bringing out the natural, fresh flavors of the Wagyu beef. To date, we have served over 2.4 million customers and are beloved by both Japanese locals and many overseas travelers. The interior is decorated with a traditional aesthetic, offering the atmosphere of a high-end yakiniku restaurant without feeling overly formal. - Each diner must reserve a set meal. The restaurant will arrange seats according to the number of people reserved. If the number of people on the day does not match, the restaurant has the right to refuse to accommodate. Please understand.
- Passengers at the same table must enjoy the same meal. If passengers book different meals, their seats will be arranged separately.
- If you are traveling with children aged 0-3, please fill in the number of children when booking the meal so that the restaurant can reserve a seat.

Reminders
