- Store Introduction - A new type of meat bistro where you can enjoy steaks in a glamping atmosphere!!We are the only restaurant where you can enjoy glamping and French cuisine. If you order 300g or more of steak as a main course, it will be served on a hot stone. You can enjoy it cooked to your liking, from rare to well done. Enjoy our famous steak frites with a wide selection of wines.
Rib roast on the bone, about 1kg. Grilled only on the outside, the meat is almost rare inside, and cooked to your liking using hot stones! Enjoy the delicious flavor of a steak grilled to perfection while still on the bone! Steak frites also offers a variety of cuts, including the shoulder loin of Charolais beef, which originates from the village of Charolles in Burgundy, and sirloin and fillet of Angus beef. We also offer Japanese Black Beef and Shinshu Alps Beef, which are only available in Karuizawa!
You can enjoy Sacré Fleur's specialty steak frites at the hotel or at home. We offer eight types of steak, including French Charolais beef, as well as appetizers and bento boxes.
