    - morning shared tour: 8:00am – 8:30am,
    - afternoon shared tour: 3:30pm – 4:00pm
    *For travelers of the morning shared tour, the pick-up time is 8:00am – 8:30am; for the afternoon shared tour, the pick-up time is 3:30pm – 4:00pm. Travelers of the private tour can choose either option
    *The actual pickup time will be adjusted according to the pickup locations. Notice will be sent 24 hrs prior to the departure day
  • Pickup Location: please provide your hotel name and address when booking
    *Free hotel transfer is available for the following areas: Port Rashid, Deira, Bur Dubai, Jumeirah, Business Bay, Trade center, Al Barsha, Al Barsha heights Tecom, JLT, Palm Jumeirah, and Marina. Transfers to other areas will incur additional fees, so please specify hotel location when booking.
    *For hotels much farther away, such as Mövenpick Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai, Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali, Sport, Motor, Investments Cities, and Silicon Oasis City, transfer service is only available for private tour travelers.

  • Please be sure to provide hotel name and hotel address, so that proper arrangements can be made. The exact pick-up time will be sent via telephone, email, or WhatsAPP
  • On Friday, the opening hours of the mosque is from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. It will also be closed on special occasions, and if so, the local agency will reschedule or refund the tour as soon as possible
  • For private tour travelers, the pick-up time on Friday is 3:30pm – 4:00pm
  • Children under 3 are granted free admission, must not occupy a seat. Please indicate the number of eligible children in the “Note” section when booking and provide passports for verification
  • This tour is not wheelchair accessible

Reminders

  • Please arrive promptly at meeting point as the shuttle will leave on time and refunds will not be granted to late arrivals

  • The visit takes roughly 90 - 105 mins. The driver will notify all tour members of the exact time. Please note that it is important for all members to be on time

  • Female travelers need to cover arms, legs, and hair, and wear loose clothes. The mosque will provide traditional Abaya and headscarf prior to entry

  • Male travelers are required to wear clothes that cover knees and shoulders; otherwise, entry will be denied. Please note that no male clothes will be provided

  • Please note that the local travel agency is not liable for loss or damage of travelers' personal items

  • A surcharge will be made for transfers to specific districts. Details will be sent through email, WhatsApp, or cellphone

  • If travelers are not informed of meeting time, please contact the local agency at +97-1-55-180-5805 (service hours: 24 hrs)

  • Restaurants will not be available during the month of Ramadan (23 April to 23 May 2020), we do recommend you to carry some snacks with you

  • Luggage or large bags are not allowed

  • In case of any changes in the exact pickup time, the operator will email or text or WhatsApp you one night before

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
  • For cancellations 0 to 1 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
