Enjoy our local Fukui brand Wagyu beef to your heart's content. We offer a wide variety of a la carte dishes and drinks, including our signature 'Thick-cut Premium Skirt Steak' with homemade sauce and Morioka cold noodles. The main dish served is Wakasa beef, a brand of Japanese beef from Fukui Prefecture. It has a lot of lean meat and a refreshing taste that makes it easy to eat. The recommended dish is the "Thick-Cut Skirt Steak", which is served about 4cm thick and is very filling! The secret to its deliciousness is the special sauce made by blending fruit with soy sauce and miso made from local spring water! We also have "Wasabi Kalbi", which has wasabi on one side of the meat. It is a masterpiece that allows you to feel the moderate spiciness and refreshing aroma of wasabi.
