Our store stocks Kano crabs in sizes ranging from 600g to 1.2kg every day. The thickness and length of the legs affect the taste of crab sashimi, so we recommend trying a large Kano crab (^^). Kano crabs from Ishikawa are available from November 6th (arrives on the 7th) to March 20th. The blue tag is proof that they are Kano crabs. We purchase crabs every day on market days and keep them alive in a large tank. The average price during crab season is 23,000 yen per person.
