This clay pot rice is made with Ishikawa Prefecture's Hyakumangoku brand rice! From meat dishes such as beef tongue and Chiran chicken grilled over binchotan charcoal, to seafood dishes such as salmon roe, sweet shrimp, sea urchin, and rosy seabass, the delicious flavors of the fluffy rice and ingredients spread in your mouth. *We cook the rice after receiving your order, so we recommend ordering at the beginning.
Our restaurant won first place in the national oden rankings! In addition to Kanazawa-style carfu and ume shellfish, we also add grated kelp to the daikon radish, soft-boiled eggs, and salmon roe and gold leaf on top, giving our standard menu a unique twist!
Our proud yakitori, carefully grilled over charcoal, is available from 200 yen! In addition to the negi-maki yakitori made with Chiran chicken and grilled chicken neck with sauce, we also have a wide variety of other dishes such as shiitake mushrooms with truffle salted butter and camembert with honey.
