- For safety reasons, children below 5 years old or under 110 cm in height are not allowed to ride alone
- Children below 5 and under 110c m in height can experience boarding with a guardian under the age of 50 and must pay ₩7,000 in cash on-site
- This package is available only for self-driving or rent-a-car customers and free travelers using public transportation and walking are available. It cannot be used for taxi tours accompanied by drivers and guides, chartered buses, and rental cars
- During the horseback riding experience, only 1 person can ride per horse, so riding with a fellow rider is not allowed
