・ There are several Robinson Department Stores in Bangkok. You must come to the Robinson Department Store located at Asok Station.
・ This is a join-in tour. If customers are late, it may lead to complaints from other guests and disrupt the tour. Therefore, we will not wait for latecomers or provide advance notice, and the tour will depart on time.
・ The tour will proceed without any special procedures after verifying the list using the name of the customer who made the reservation.
・ Traffic congestion in Bangkok is severe. Please use the BTS (Asok Station Exit 5) or MRT (Sukhumvit Station Exit 3).
・ Date changes and refunds are not available in case of a no-show or meeting delay on the day of the meeting.
・ The vehicle is a Toyota Commuter 12-seater. Luggage cannot be stored inside the vehicle, and car seats are not provided.
・ Children under 70cm are free, but due to the hot weather, we do not recommend using the tour with infants.
・ The child standard is a height of less than 121cm. Even if you purchased a ticket as a child at the time of reservation, if the child's height is confirmed to be 120cm or taller at the Royal Palace ticket office, you must pay the 500 baht admission fee in cash on-site.
