We offer a variety of teppan dishes, such as 'Miyazaki-style charcoal-grilled' chicken shipped directly from Kyushu, and 'Imabari-style chicken teppanyaki' featuring our special sauce! We also serve skewers made with domestic meat, including our addictive 'tsukune' (chicken meatballs) with a crunchy cartilage texture. We offer three types of all-you-can-drink courses where you can enjoy our signature dishes. Our drink menu is also extensive. "Miyazaki-style charcoal grilling" is a chicken delivered directly from Kyushu, butchered in store on the same day and grilled over binchotan charcoal. Crispy on the outside and plump on the inside, it is full of flavor and juicy meat juices. We also recommend the wide variety of skewers, which are made using fresh domestic meat and carefully prepared. The most popular item is the chef's proud "tsukune," which can be enjoyed with your choice of sauce or salt. Toppings such as tsukimi and cheese give it a rich flavor ◎ Various cuts are used, and the crunchy texture of the cartilage is addictive.
One of our proud dishes is the "Imabari-style Chicken Teppanyaki," which is prepared by butchering and grilling chicken on the spot. We offer three types of chicken: young chicken thigh, skin, and chicken neck. The secret is in the special sauce, which is made by marinating local chicken bones in red wine and soy sauce. In addition, we have a wide variety of other teppanyaki dishes to enjoy, including "Special Tongue with Green Onion Sauce" and "Special Yakisoba," which use only premium tongue.
We have three different courses to choose from depending on the occasion. We also have a plan with 150 minutes of all-you-can-drink so you can enjoy your favorite drinks to your heart's content. You can enjoy our carefully selected dishes, including fresh seared chicken, our recommended skewers, and teppanyaki. Please note that the menu may change depending on the season and the availability of ingredients. We can be used for a wide range of occasions, such as after work, with friends, on a date, for small or large parties, and girls' nights.
Teppan Chitori Tetsu is a Japanese-style space filled with the warmth of wood. You can relax in a calm atmosphere. The restaurant is equipped with counter seats equipped with chairs from the hotel's bar lounge, where you can enjoy conversation with the chef and staff. Another attraction is being able to watch the cooking process while the aromas that whet your appetite fill you. There are also spacious tables with chairs from the reception room, sunken kotatsu seats with backrests, and private rooms that can accommodate up to 15 people. Perfect for a quick drink, a date, a girls' night, or a banquet.

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departing. If you do not cancel, we will charge you the following fees (the actual fee will be determined by the information on the certificate after booking): If you do not show up within 15 minutes of the reservation time without contacting us, we will call you. If we are unable to contact you and you are 30 minutes past the reservation time, we will cancel your reservation without notice, cancel your seat reservation, and charge 4,500 yen per person. Please note that in principle, we cannot extend the reservation time due to lateness.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will do its best to assist you, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
