As the birthplace of 'Ryukyu-mae' sushi, we aim to provide a one-of-a-kind, ultimate Edomae sushi experience.
With over 100 years of history at Tsukiji Market, Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime has opened a branch in the currently trending hidden gem, Makishi Downtown Yatai-mura! Our young head chef, Tatsuki Gima (24), who trained at the main store, prepares sushi using the same signature vinegared rice blend and temperature control as our Tsukiji main branch, paired with fresh fish from Okinawa and the southern regions. We elevate not only the ingredients shipped directly from Toyosu but also carefully selected local catches sourced directly from the fishing ports into exquisite Edomae sushi. Please enjoy the chef's omakase course at our counter seats.
The sushi is made using local Okinawan seafood such as the three most expensive fish in Okinawa - Akajinmibai, Makubu, and Akamachi - as well as Okinawan specialties such as Gurukun, Mantis shrimp, Irabucha, and Seika, all prepared using Edomae techniques.

We travel all the way to the fishing port to select local ingredients, and then transform them into exquisite Edomae sushi.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
