• If the ticket machine is out of service or you do not have an e-passport, please visit the designated stations and redeem the pass at the green ticket booth - JR West Ticket Office (Manual): Present your e-voucher and passport to the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, also known as the Green Window) to exchange for a physical ticket
• There will be no name and passport verification if you choose to collect from the ticket vending machine; however, if you exchange at the counter, the staff will check the name on the voucher and the passport
• Ticket machines are only available for travelers with an e-passport. If you do not have an e-passport or the passport does not work at the ticket machine, please visit the ticket office for a manual exchange - Collect reserved seat ticket: Please redeem the ticket at the green ticket booth or green ticket machine before using

• If you've run out of reserved seat quota or haven't redeemed the reserved seat ticket, you can still use the pass to ride unreserved seats

- Each adult or JR West Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass holder may bring 2 children aged 1 - 5 for free, the third (and so on) child will require a child pass, please consider before booking
- Free admission for children aged under 1
- Children who requires a reserved seat in an ordinary car and individual children are required to purchase a child pass
- JR PASS eMCO Pick-Up: in addition to the standard JR green ticket counters, JR green ticket machines marked with "5489" in west Japan are also available for ticket pick-up, please visit the official website for details
- A passport with an IC chip is required for pass exchange at ticket machines. For travelers with passports without IC chips, please proceed to JR Ticket office for JR Pass exchange

- To avoid any incidents within the premises, suitcases, large-size luggage or any inappropriate items may be rejected entry. There are lockers (charged by coins) next to the 1st-floor entrance for storage if needed

- About Expo ID
• Please register your Expo ID in advance.
• Each ticket ID must be registered with an Expo ID, and one Expo ID can log in multiple ticket IDs.
• When registering for an Expo ID, please be sure to enter your place of residence.
• Please register your "Expo ID" on the official website of the Osaka-Kansai Expo. For more details, please refer to the following website.
• The "Expo ID" is a common login ID that can be used for various services at the Osaka Kansai Expo.
• When you purchase or use a ticket, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the 2025 Japan World Exposition Ticket Purchase/Terms of Use. - Admission Process
• Instruction: The Osaka-Kansai Expo uses an advance reservation system for the date and time of your visit. Before visiting, be sure to complete the Expo ID registration on the Expo official website and register the ticket ID on the ticket. Visitors who have completed the ticket ID registration procedure will not be able to enter if they have not reserved a visit time and date, and will not be able to apply for the pavilion and event lottery.
• Flow from ticket purchase to visit:
a. Register an Expo ID on the official website of the Expo (each ticket ID must be registered with an Expo ID), please refer to the following website.
b. Register the ticket ID (10 characters) listed on this e-voucher to your Expo ID. For instructions on how to register, please refer to the following website.
c. Reserve a visit time and date. For information on how to pick up tickets and make reservations, please refer to the following website.
d. Apply for pavilion and event lotteries and reservations.
e. Visit Expo 2025 within the reserved visit time and date. ※ You can use your Expo ID to reserve a visit time and date 6 months before your desired visit date. This service is on a first-come, first-served basis.
※ General visit date and time reservation change limit: You can change the date and time up to 3 times. Visitors who cannot visit after the third change can make a reservation if there are still open slots after 00:00 Japan time on the desired visit date.
f. After the order is completed, please click the link attached to the order voucher, and click the "Start Using" button on the webpage to obtain the 10-character ticket ID. Please follow the instructions for use, and complete the registration procedure with the Expo ID and the 10-character ticket ID on the official website of the Expo before you can use this ticket.
g. After reserving a visit date and time on the Osaka Expo ID registration website, please bring the generated QR Code and arrive at the venue at that date and time.

a. Enter through the entrance gate (each person needs to enter with their own QR Code)
b. QR Code admission verification at the entrance of each pavilion (you can apply for the lottery and reservation of all pavilions with one ID)

• General visit reservation: After the order is completed, please confirm your visit date and make a reservation for the visit date and time in advance. You can reserve a visit time and date 6 months before your desired visit date. This service is on a first-come, first-served basis. You can change the visit date and time up to 3 times (only within the admission period set for the ticket type). The reservation page for the visit date and time will be announced on the official website of the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
• Pavilion lottery and reservation: Please use your registered Expo ID to make a reservation on the official website of the Osaka-Kansai Expo. At the Osaka-Kansai Expo, you can make reservations for pavilions and events according to your reserved visit date and time. Groups of family and friends can apply for the lottery and reservation together. There are 3 reservation opportunities from 3 months before the visit date to the day of the visit (2 lotteries and 1 first-come, first-served application for open slots). Pavilions/events on-site registration is also available on the day of your visit. You can only register for one slot per day. After viewing your registered pavilion or event, you can register for the next available slot. Pavilions and events have been announced on the official website of the Osaka-Kansai Expo at the end of 2024.
