From Kuah Jetty, Langkawi's official sea gateway, a 90-minute ferry ride will take you to Koh Lipe. Koh Lipe is a pristine and relatively new island destination, offering an abundance of fresh seafood for tourists to enjoy.

- Koh Lipe offers both money changers and ATMs for your convenience.
- When it comes to getting around in Koh Lipe, walking is the most convenient option due to its small size. Additionally, motorbike taxis are available upon disembarking from the ferry. These taxis can take you directly to your hotel for a fee.
- Halal food isreadily available in Koh Lipe.
- For those planning to catch a connecting flight after our ferry service, we strongly recommend scheduling your flight at least 4 hours after the ferry's scheduled arrival time. This precaution is to accommodate any delays due to weather, marine authorities clearance for departure, immigration, and customs clearance. Please be aware that we are a point-to-point service and will not be responsible for any onward bookings or flights due to any circumstances as per our conditions of carriage.

There is no pier in Koh Lipe. If you depart from Langkawi, you will need to transfer to a local longtail boat in order to reach the island
If you depart from Koh Lipe to Langkawi, you will first travel on the longtail boat and change to the ferry at the pontoon
Passenger insurance is included in the packages, but not personal travel insurance. Although not required, it is recommended that you purchase a personal travel insurance before booking
The seas can be quite rough. Please prepare medications for sea sickness or nausea before boarding
No refunds will be issued for latecomers and no-shows
Transportation of fruits, food, or agricultural products to or from both Langkawi and Koh Lipe is strictly prohibited. Moreover, it is important to note that vaping is prohibited in Thailand.
Thailand Departure: Please arrive at Bhundaya Speed Boat Office at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time to check in and to fill up the white card (for immigration).
Malaysia Departure: Please arrive at the location 90 minutes before departure time to check in and to fill up the white card
Luggage Policy: Please restrict your luggage to one bag per guest, with a maximum weight of 20kg. Exceeding this limit may incur additional charges.
