— Usage Instructions —

  • This tour is based on a standard of 2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children sharing one room (child price is for no bed). If the number of guests exceeds these room standards, the additional odd-numbered guests or single travelers must pay a Single room supplement.
  • The tour fee does not include service fees (for local tour guides, coach drivers, and travel agency staff). A service fee of HKD80/person/day is required for each member, regardless of age, to be collected individually before the end of the tour.
  • Meeting Point and Time:
  • 08:30 Shenzhen Bay Port: Plaza outside the restroom at the Hong Kong cross-border bus waiting area (Tour group meeting point)
  • 09:30 Futian Port: Outside Gate 2 of Futian Port (take the escalator down on the left after passing through Chinese Customs)
  • The tour leader will send a notification SMS to guests one day before departure: including departure date + meeting time + meeting point + tour guide name + contact information


— Important Notes —

  • Please provide the Chinese name and Home Return Permit details for each traveler when booking.
  • Please arrive on time; latecomers will not be waited for. 
  • There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. Information regarding the meeting time, location, and contact details for the local tour guide or relevant personnel will be provided via SMS or by a representative before 5:00 PM on the working day prior to departure.

  • The tour guide will make fine adjustments based on the actual conditions of the day.

  • Please gather on time. We will not wait for latecomers.

  • If there is no Hong Kong tour guide accompanying the group, the group will be notified via mobile phone text message or in person of the meeting time, location, and contact information of local tour guides or relevant personnel before 5:00 pm on the working day before departure.

  • Guests who participate in our company's tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.

  • In accordance with the requirements of the national environmental protection policy, the hotel has canceled free disposable supplies in the room, please bring your own.

  • The order of itinerary, meals and accommodation is subject to local reception arrangements. Subject to change without prior notice.

  • For details of fees, please refer to the itinerary leaflet or inquire with staff. If there is any adjustment, it will be subject to the time of registration.

  • Some facilities and activities in scenic spots and hotels may be closed due to weather and other factors without prior notice.

  • For groups departing on public holidays, in order to avoid overcrowding at the gathering place and customs checkpoints, the gathering time may be adjusted accordingly. Our agency will have a dedicated person call to inform the exact gathering time one day before the group's departure.

  • Take a domestic tour bus. The seating order of domestic tour buses is based on the order in which guests registered.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
