• Insurance: Comprehensive insurance (personal injury, property damage, and other damages) is included in the car rental. You can check the detailed coverage through the link.
• The rental vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance (personal injury, property damage, and damage to property). This product is a full-own product, so there is no deductible. However, insurance is not applicable in case of 12 major negligences or violation of the company's designated policy.
• In addition to the main driver, you can register one additional driver for free. Additional driver registration will be done in person upon vehicle pickup.
• Before returning the vehicle, you must refuel it with the same fuel level as when you rented it.
• In the event of an accident, you must immediately report it to the police and the company to be covered by insurance. (Insurance cannot be covered if you notify us after returning the vehicle.)
• If the vehicle is deemed unusable or requires immediate repairs after an accident, the vehicle will be repossessed and the rental fee for the remaining time will not be refunded.
• In the case of car insurance processing, since it is handled by the company itself, a separate insurance receipt cannot be issued.
• If a vehicle problem occurs while driving on a non-regular road such as a sandy beach, valley area, snowy road, or flooded area, it will be considered intentional and will not be covered by insurance. (Insurance will not be provided for illegal vehicle racing, drag racing, or circuit driving.)
• In case of an accident, repairs are only possible at a repair shop designated by the company.
• If the rental car company requires a return, you must return the car. (Legal procedures will be initiated in case of unauthorized extension.)
• During the rental period, the renter is responsible for any damage or loss of items (lost keys, interior odors, navigation, tires, glass, wheels, wheel caps, and additional items, etc.). (This is not covered by insurance.)
• Please keep your valuables separately as we are not responsible for lost items.
• In some cases, a fee may be charged when dispatching to the scene.
• Driver's License: You must have a valid passport, your home country's driver's license, or an International Driving Permit (Class “B” or higher) that is valid for no more than one year.
• Available countries: Countries that are signatories to the Geneva & Vienna Convention
• Insurance is applied based on the contract written on site. Please be sure to check the contract on site.
• The rental agreement is automatically terminated upon return of the vehicle (including early return).
• Cancellation is free if you cancel up to 24 hours before the selected rental start time.

10. Violation of duty to prevent passenger falling
11. Violation of safe driving obligation in children’s protection zones
12. Driving without taking necessary measures to prevent the vehicle cargo from falling.

[The following are not covered by insurance according to your company's policy]

1. Accidents caused by a driver driving alone without a member riding with him/her
2. Damage and accidents caused by arbitrary disassembly, modification, damage, destruction, or self-repair of the vehicle without the company's permission.
3. If you do not report the accident or damage to your vehicle immediately or during the reservation period without a justifiable reason, or if you intentionally conceal, flee, or leave the scene.
4. Damage caused by theft, breakage, collision, fall, capsizing or flooding, etc., due to a member's clear intent, negligence, carelessness or illegal actions, and knowing that certain results (accidents, etc.) will occur.
5. Acts of changing the actual vehicle driven or the other party's damaged vehicle or falsely reporting the details of an accident
6. An act in which the perpetrator and victim collude to cause an accident and demand compensation for it.
7. An act of demanding compensation by inserting a virtual damage(s) unrelated to the accident.
8. In case of causing significant damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle due to mixing fuel or filling with bad fuel, etc.
