Age limit for experience: 12 years old and above to 55 years old and below, healthy people without the following symptoms (such as colds, ear-related diseases, pregnant women, asthma, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, osteoporosis, claustrophobia and chronic diseases weighing more than 100 kg).

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the activity to avoid being late and affecting the rights of yourself and other passengers, while ensuring the quality of the activity experience; if you arrive more than 10 minutes before the registration time, it will be deemed as cancellation of the activity and no refund will be given.

Passengers under the age of 20 must be accompanied by their parents to sign the activity affidavit, or contact us in advance to request an electronic copy of the activity affidavit, print it out, sign it, and bring it to the activity store.

Due to the speed of water skiing, it is recommended to evaluate personal abilities by yourself. People with osteoporosis, inertial dislocation and other chronic diseases are not recommended to participate. They should follow the coach's guidance and do not try to show off their strength.

In response to the safety of passengers, if the passenger's physical or mental condition, sea and weather conditions, or failure to follow the instructions of the coach or staff during the activity, the company reserves the right to stop the activity to protect the safety of the participants, and no refund will be given.

This activity will give priority to the Cli Sea area. If the sea area is not suitable for launching, we will evaluate the weather and sea conditions to select a suitable sea area. We apologize for your understanding.

Due to insurance requirements and equipment preparation, participants are required to fill in insurance information when checking in on the day of the activity, including personal information and activity affidavit. Personal information includes name, ID number, and emergency contact information. Non-Taiwanese travelers are required to provide passport number and birthday.

Please bring your own swimming clothes (swimming suits, swimming trunks, surf trunks and other non-absorbent clothing), clean clothes, towels, toiletries and sunscreen products (it is recommended to use ocean-friendly sunscreen or rent sunscreen clothing on site at NT$100/piece). People with myopia are advised to use disposable contact lenses.

When going out to sea, the ship will touch water to some extent. It is recommended not to carry too many valuables. If you carry valuables, you are responsible for the safekeeping of the items.

For your own safety, please do not drink alcoholic beverages before and during the event.

If the event cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, customer service will help you with subsequent matters such as changing the event or refunding the fee.
