  • An additional fee of THB100 applies if you wish to begin or end your tour at Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) Fees to be paid on-site, directly to the driver
  • Please provide the following information in the Note section when booking:
    - Attractions you wish to visit so we can arrange the route for you
    - Your hotel name and address
    - Your flight details if you wish to be picked up at the airport
  • If you wish to experience the paddle boat, your itinerary must include Damnoen Saduak Floating Market
  • For travelers heading to destinations outside of the floating market area, including other locations in Bangkok, additional fees will apply THB600 for Sedan / Family MPV and THB800 for VIP Van. Fees are to be paid on-site directly to the driver
  • Baby strollers are available for rental at THB300 each. Please notify us in the Note section if you require one

  • Itinerary must be confirmed prior to the departure date. Changes are only allowed within 3 days after your booking. Please note that no changes can be made once your booking is confirmed

  • The train at Maekong Railway Market has multiple arrival times. Yout itinerary may be adjusted slightly in order to witness the train entering the market

  • Surcharge for exceeding tour duration: THB300 per hour for Family MPV and THB400 per hour for VIP Van. Fees will need to be paid on-site directly to the driver

  • To ensure a seamless travel experience, the driver may update the tour agency of the status of the tour according to the chosen itinerary

  • In response to Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) regulations, the pick-up location for international flights will temporarily be changed to Gate 5 of the international arrivals area. Please refer to the instructions provided by the service provider for the exact location

  • If your trip requires extra stops outside of the normal route, we will inform the amount and send invoice for credit card payment. Please check your message and make a payment before the trip.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
